  1. I just listened to this episode. I did not know “Baptist Milk” was actually coffee ;) When it comes to coffee, I must agree with Junior and Pastor Tom Chantry that French Press is a superior brewing method than, say, a standard drip coffeemaker. Archer Farms (Target brand) had a blend I particularly liked; I think it was Toasted Hazelnut.

    If we’re talking brewed tea, then my picks are either my mom’s sweet iced black tea, or else the Captain’s preference: Tea. Earl Grey. Hot.

    If beer is the topic, then, while Budweiser may claim to be the King of Beers, Guinness must be Ard Rí, the High King. DuClaw used to make an oatmeal stout called Alchemy that was pretty good, too. Notes of coffee and chocolate.
